I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: create a two trade signs located in legacy: -3549 78 -4591 use one to sell 10 dirt for 100k each with one trade sign (for repayment of loan) use the other to sell dirt at 5k each (for each day a payment is late) not add dirt to first mentioned trade sign/render trade sign inaccessible to @David_Torento Pay @David_Torento 800k ecd upon the approval of this contract. (within 24 hours) GMT-7 The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Pay @CrazySwagMaster1 100k per week for 10 weeks. These payments are to go through the first mentioned trade sign. They are to be paid on or before the same day of the week as @CrazySwagMaster1 's payment of 800k. (weekly) Every midnight that passes when a 100k payment is due a 5k late fee will be added. These will be paid through the second mentioned trade sign AT THE SAME TIME as the due 100k payment(s) These payments will continue until 200k in late fees have been pressed (40 days late). Once 40 days has been reached @CrazySwagMaster1 will issue a complaint at her discretion. Time zone used for this is GMT-7 I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Before I can approve this contract I'm going to have to ask @CrazySwagMaster1 to fix a few things on the contract. 1) I'm going to need a clearly defined starting point, an hour of this contract being approved or a date would be great. 2) What day each week will the 100k payments be made on? Timezone? 3) While this is a minor thing, it would be appreciated if you changed to match the trade sign. In the contract it says 10 dirt per 100k while in the trade it is only 1 dirt per 100k. The dirt was accurate @Bashdash100 . 10 dirt total. Each dirt is 100k each. Game matches contract. I copy my approved similar loan contracts and edit them. Every time y'all staff have something new to say... Smh... Updated all other comments.
