General Purpose of Contract:
For the sale of my Eff7 in exchange for $63.75 (hunter++ w/ 15% sale) for @Dccciz, $200,000 upfront, and $150,000 on a payment plan due in 1 week.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Within 24 hours of the contract being accepted, @Dccciz will give an eff7 pick to @David_Torento (Name: Lost In Space - 2nd Place).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@David_Torento receive an eff7 from @Dccciz. will @David_Torento will pay @Dccciz $200,000 ECD within 10 minutes of the pick being recieved, and buy hunter++ for @Dccciz . Within 1 week of the pick being received, @David_Torento will pay @Dccciz $150,000.

Order Of Events:
Within 24 hours of this contract being accepted, @Dccciz will give @David_Torento an Eff7 Unb3 St1 Pick.
@David_Torento will buy Hunter++ for @Dccciz within 10 minutes.
Within another 10 minutes, @Dccciz will receive $200,000 from @David_Torento.
Within a week from the pick being recieved, @David_Torento will pay $150,000 to a sign at /warp debt.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
