[Contract] City Of Pheonix Prebuilt Plot Contract

General Purpose of Contract:
Pre Built Home Sale/Payment Plan

I (@Vexnorz) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide @Vexnorz a 10x10 prebuilt plot in my town, Pheonix, for a maxinimum of 1 month, dependent on his agreement to the rules of the town and server.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Section 1.
@Vexnorz will agree to pay the plot fee of 5k, and abide by all the rules of the town and server. If @Vexnorz fails to pay the 5k by November 11,2015 I @LanaDelDennis reserve the right to evict @Vexnorz and charge them a breach of contract fee of 2k. @Vexnorz Must put a 1k EcoDollar downpayment on the plot (Tigerlily Home) This will count as one payment. Once the contract is locked @Vexnorz will pay @DennisDelRey the first payment of 1k EcoDollars. Failure to do so with in 48 Hours will be counted as a breach of contract and will have to pay the breach of contract fee 2k EcoDollars.
Section 1 A.
Upon approval from all parties and payment of 1k @Vexnorz will receive town perms (this may take up to 2 days+). If @Vexnorz griefs the town in anyway they will give up their house and anything located in side immediately upon confirming the grief plus ban from the town and a grief report on the fourms. This also will count as a breach of contract witch @Vexnorz will be required to pay off the remaining balance on the house and will be required to pay the breach of contract fee of 2k. Payments must be made in 1k EcoDollars or more. If @Vexnorz wants to decorate the town they must need first approval from the council (Town officials).
Section 2.
No modifications are allowed to be made to the exterior of the house. If any adjustments are to be made, @Vexnorz must contact nation owner @Cynthetix for approval. Interior modifications, such as adding furniture, paintings, or other decorations items, are pre-approved and do not need prior consent. If @Vexnorz would like a plot to build instead of a pre-built due to the desire of changing the exterior, a discount may be applied but is not required for the transfer to a plot in the size of said pre-built home.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
