@Krobkins just a couple small things I noticed, please. Could you please fix the tagging of the other party involved under the terms, as well as the second of the posts coordinates. Lastly the terms where he will add you to the town, could you please list a timeframe this will be completed in, as well as being more specific as to what he will be adding you to the town as (owner, member) Thank you.
