IGN: @BaccaAMP Users Involved in this Contract: @Bazookapleasant @BaccaAMP General Purpose of Contract: Safely buying the placement of @Bazookapleasant 's town that will come with mayor. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay the user @Bazookapleasant $90,000 EcoDollars within 24 hours of this contract being approved for @Bazookapleasant mayor town placement. @BaccaAMP agree to have this town placed within 15 blocks of both @BaccaAMP towns PowerMoveCity and PowerFarms. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Bazookapleasant will file a mayor app within 24 hours of being paid the $90,000 (as stated above) and place their mayor town at these coordinates in the Legacy world: Post A: X= -14354 Y= 67 Z= -1120 Post B: X= -14154 Y= 67 Z= -1120 Post C: X= -14154 Y= 67 Z= -920 Post D: X= -14354 Y= 67 Z= -920 and will name the town P0werM0veCity (the o in Power is a zero as well as the o in Move will be a zero). After fileing the mayor app and getting the town, @Bazookapleasant will give @BaccaAMP ownership to the town and will be removed and unable to access the town within 24 hours of app being processed. , @Bazookapleasant will hand over full ownership to me @BaccaAMP within 24 hours of getting the app processed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I @BaccaAMP agree to the contract terms stated above.
