@Jacob43365 I'll need you to take out this part or edit it. You don't specify what features and in what time frame the user is supposed to apply for the features. And if it's an "unlimited" thing, it's still not enforceable either since it is unfair to the agreeing user as if they go inactive and you want a town feature, they're technically in breach of contract. I'll also need you to add a time frame for this. Once all these requested changes are made and @AntFire re-agrees to the contract, I can then proceed with approving it.
