This build will be 25% of the entire castle, but will cover the region of "bectoncastle". I shall add @Emau within 12 hours of this contract approval. - I agree to add @Emau to be admin of all chests that materials for the project are in, in order for @Emau to add other members to help on this project. I shall add @Emau within 12 hours of contract approval. - I agree to keep @Emau the owner of the town unless I decide to sell the town, in which case I am allowed to remove @Emau as owner. @y0landi please provide time frames on when Emau will be added to the town, such as 24 hours after contract approval. Also, please include a specific date on which you will pay, such as by June 8th- one week after required completion. Finally, we would also like you to include the town app link to bectoncastle. @y0landi after talking with the team, we have decided that the clause is not enforcable as is, please put a percentage of completion. Such as, if Emau has not completed 50% by the end date, then he can be fired.
This was not in my original contract but was added as requested by @Emau This is why I added the part that a moderator must agree. So if 50% is done, a moderator would not agree to me firing him. But if there has been 20 blocks placed in 2 months, a mod may agree.

I understand this puts all the risk on me, and I accept that risk. *I* personally requested the 1 ECD clause to allow her an out if I did not work to her satisfaction. I feel if I perform sub-par in any way, that I should not be paid. It is as simple as that. If the wording above is not acceptable, then please suggest the best verbiage to allow her to make unilateral decisions on the acceptance of my work.
If you don't mind, I'm going to still defer this to some higher ups to get some input. Sorry for the delay.
No worries, just the timing was based on getting the contract started asap, we might need to edit/extend deadlines depending how long this gets delayed.
@Emau and @y0landi it has come to the conclusion that the clause as is is too open-ended and not enforceable. Please someone either make this clause a defined term which can be enforced, such as 25% completed, and also please the remove the line about mod discretion, as that is also a subjective term and obviously if this contract is broken- staff will step in.
Alright fixed. I just removed the issue clause altogether. @Emau if you would read over and agree to this contract, we can get started. Also I extended all deadlines a week later because of the delayed contract approval.
