General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the town that is claimed via @jrtaylor99 's Mayor Application


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @David_Torento will:
-Pay @jrtaylor99 85,000 ECD upon approval of this contract (within 24 hours)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@jrtaylor99 Will:
-Put a Mayor Application in for the town "Builderland3" within 24 hours after receiving the 85,000 ECD
-Upon ranking to mayor, will add @David_Torento as owner, and remove himself from the town
-Agrees that this contract serves as approval for any future town transfer that may occur to @David_Torento
-Agrees to do any town feature applications where the funds are provided by @David_Torento
-Agrees that David_Torento has legal permission to allow others to place towns near mine.
