I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will add thewaffle89 as an owner of builderfarm upon receiving payment of 75k. I will also keep track of who has been added to the town. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Thewaffle89 will pay me 75k before recieving comayor to builderfarm. For each set of perms sold by TheWaffle89, he will pay me (joseph01234) half of each sale. Any and all sales will be reported to me, so they can be kept track of. In the case that TheWaffle89 is banned, goes offline for more than 14 days at a time, or breaks any of the terms listed above, his comayor will be removed with no refund. It is also required that TheWaffle89 coordinates with senior comayors for any perms sold below 10k, those who may be contacted regarding this are emongolab, Joseph01234, Slipperymonkeysz, or AnotherBrother. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
