IGN: @BlueMatter Users Involved in this Contract: @SuperAttorney General Purpose of Contract: To ensure safe transfer and purpose of funds from @BlueMatter to @SuperAttorney for the purchase of mayor and joint-ownership of the town. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @BlueMatter, will, within 24 hours of approval of this contract, pay @SuperAttorney 85,000 ecodollars for the purchase of mayor. I will provide permission for placement of the town next to my towns of HiveCity and MatterFarms. @BlueMatter will also agree that all major decisions for the town (eg. adding/removing owners, selling the town, major town renovations, and anything else deemed "major" by one or both parties) will be joint decisions made with @SuperAttorney and screenshots can be used as evidence of non-compliance. Finally, @BlueMatter will in no way attempt to bend the words of this contract and/or server rules to bypass the terms of the contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @SuperAttorney will, within 24 hours of approval of this contract, use the ecodollars provided by @BlueMatter to apply for mayor, and place the town directly next to MatterFarms. @SuperAttorney will make @BlueMatter an owner of the town within 48 hours of it being created by a staff member. @SuperAttorney will name the town "UnderwoodCity" @SuperAttorney will also agree that all major decisions for the town (eg. adding/removing owners, selling the town, major town renovations, and anything else deemed "major" by one or both parties) will be joint decisions made with @BlueMatter and screenshots can be used as evidence of non-compliance. Finally, @SuperAttorney will in no way attempt to bend the words of this contract and/or server rules to bypass the terms of the contract. @SuperAttorney will place the town in the following location in Rising: A: -4879 64 1184 B: -5078 64 1184 C: -5078 64 1383 D: -4879 64 1383 I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. @BlueMatter there are a few items that need to be addressed before this can be accepted. Your name must be tagged at the start of the contract, firstmost. Next, there are several instances which have unclear timeframes, which need to be specified. "I, @BlueMatter, will, upon approval of this contract, pay @SuperAttorney 85,000 ecodollars for the purchase of mayor." This needs to have a time frame, instead of "upon approval" please add a clause such as "within 24 hours of this contract being accepted". "@SuperAttorney will, upon approval of this contract, use the ecodollars provided by @BlueMatter " Please follow the same directions, instead of "upon approval" use something like "within 24 hours of this contract being accepted". "@SuperAttorney will immediately make @BlueMatter an owner of the town immediately after it is created by a staff member." Include a time frame here as well, "within 24 hours of this contract being accepted" instead of "immediately", as it cannot really be enforced. After these changes have been made, @SuperAttorney will need to sign the contract again.
