IGN: SolarisMC Users Involved in this Contract: @isaiah141 General Purpose of Contract: This contract is between @SolarisMC and @isaiah141 securing a mortgage of amount $4500 on an apartment sale in The Nation of Gemstone, of 11 Oak Avenue in town Kish. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, SolarisMC, will uphold the following terms: I will create a trade sign (located at -632 64 2097) for @isaiah141 to pay off the mortgage in $300 amounts every month after a fortnight of this contract being signed by all parties , and a $2700 non-refundable deposit within 2 days of this contract's signing by all other parties. I will ensure that the mortgage amounts are payed on time, once a month, until said amount, is entirely payed off. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I, @isaiah141 will uphold the following terms: I will pay off the amounts of $500 ECD monthly, and understand that failure to do so without a reasonable explanation will result in my house being relocated and all items within sold off to pay the debt.
