IGN: @accusolHD Users Involved in this Contract: @stigarose General Purpose of Contract: To safely do a loan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @accusolHD agree to pay back 775,000 ECD to @stigarose within 2 weeks(march 28th the lastest) of the 600,000 payment that @stigarose will send @accusolHD . within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. I will also make temporarily make @stigarose one of the owners of my president town named "seasideheights" for the duration of the loan within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.. After the loan is paid off I @accusolHD will remove @stigarose from the owner list of my town "Seasideheights" within 24 hours. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @stigarose will pay @accusolHD 600,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. He will give @accusolHD a 600k loan in return for 775k within 2 weeks (March 28th 2017 the lastest) of the 600k payment to @accusolHD. @stigarose also agrees not to break/place blocks or add any players to the town "Seasideheights" as temporary owner. @stigarose can claim ownership of my town "seasideheights" if i get banned or my /seen shows me offline for 1 week during the loan period.. @stigarose will be removed from owner of the town "seasideheights" within 24 horurs of me paying back his 775,000 to him . As temporarily owner @stigarose can't break or place any blocks in the town "SeasideHeights" unless I get banned or if my /seen shows me offline for 7days+.. @stigarose also can't add any players to the town "Seasideheights" unless i'm banned or my /seen shows me offline for 7days+. If i do get banned or my /seen shows me offline for 7+ days during this loan then @stigarose can remove me from the owner list and he will be the new owner. Once i payback the 775,000 ECD to @stigarose then i can remove him from my town "SeasideHeights" within 24 hours and i will be the only owner again.. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree
@accusolHD please add that you agree to add @stigarose as owner to your vault town you showed me earlier today in the event you go afk and do not return to ECC or get banned, if you come back/get unbanned you will still owe the loan amount, i will agree not to touch your town of course unless you go afk/get banned, but this needs to be added.

This is a little unclear in the language, could you please clarify to "within two week of the payment of the $600,000 ECD which will be paid to @accusolHD by @stigarose within 24 hours of this contract being accepted." It would be even better if you came up with a solid date like March 28th, 2017 (to give time for this contact to be accepted and to be paid.) Please include a timeframe, such as 24 hours after loan repayment, for when you will remove @stigarose Just for clarification, please change all instances of "AFK" to say something about your /seen showing over 7 days inactivity This clause actually needs to go under the other user agreements. Finally, (I think ) You quoted a different town name here at the end. Thanks for being patient @accusolHD as I coordinate this with other staff, after these changes we'll look over it again and then @stigarose can re-agree
