The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @ze7707 must agree to payback $150,000 ECD in the sign in the office of 29 Financial in the town of Mapleville on January 12th, 2016. @ze7707 must agree on paying $5,000 ECD for every day late. Those fees end 21 days after January 12th, 2016. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. After seeking advise on this contract. I found that we don't really enforce 45 day late fees for a loan such as small as this because it will exceed over 3 times as much as the original loan and that is crazy. Once this is changed I can consider to approve this contract.
@DiamondDesire i changed it to 21 days. I also changed the dates to reflect the change of date today.
Can you also put the cords and world the place the sign is in, to find it easier to locate. @29dude After this @ze7707 please re-agree and I will approve the contract
