    Does the host block known VPN address? I'm having connection quality issues so I thought to try connecting via VPN in the host town Chicago i believe to see if that would help and was not allowed to connect. The server was not avail.

    Do you mean the place where ecc is hosted? Because it used to be chicago, it switched to california 2 months ago.
