Hello ECC Forum, I am looking to apply for a 200x200 area that is sandwiched between the town named "Reach" (owned by ninjamonkey551) and Jerryville. I have expressed consent from ninjamonkey551 to build next to his town, but i cannot contact anyone from Jerryville. I have sent server mail to poten2a923 and freedom_train as well as other people that have also lived in Jerryville, but i have received no response. Will I receive a penalization if I apply for applying for the my town is too close to Jerryville? Thank you for your time, -The Pie Lord2013
