Okay, I haven't been able to play on the server because I get this message when I try to turn on my PC. It load shows this message loads a gain and shows this message.

try restarting and see whats the key to the bios(usaly its f2) and start in safe mode other than this i really can't help much i don't have any experience with windows 8
That means your windows is broken. Like I said, get a windows 8 copy and try a system repair, if that fails, you have to re-install windows.
