After looking into the issue, we've determined that nothing can be done. There is no evidence of hacking and it is likely that a sibling or friend did this, in the event you did not. I would suggest changing your forum password and your in game password as it appears whoever was on your account made an agreement with xpurexcorex, signed a contract, and took $85,000 from him for said town.
