I already sent the money, and i also had him agree to it in game as seen in the screen shot. I want to know if i can get that contract confirmed, or if the screen shot is enough to hold him accountable, Or if neither of those are true, if i could get a mod to make him give the money back.
You and i have spoken in game, so i will be locking this thread unless another issue arises. To answer your question, that screenshot does have the required evidence to enforce the deal you have with him. If there becomes an issue with the loan being repayed, please feel free to file a further complaint when the 1.5 weeks is up. Locked, Issue Resolved in-game.
