Firstly, today when I have to pay you is not up, but anyway I am unable to pay you today. I have asked for extensions multiple times and you are unwilling to work with me. I even offered to pay you back less money at an earlier date but you denied that. The money I offered to pay you earlier is gone now, payed off another loan, so I can not do that now.

But anyway I am dealing with some major IRL issues and I am unable to log even a consistent hour during weekdays, except maybe a few minutes here and there to respond to people addressing me. I am only able to play on weekends, on weekends I can play for countless hours. But during the week I can not.

I wish you could understand and I am sorry that these IRL issues have arisen right before I was scheduled to repay you for a loan. Keep in mind I do fully intend to pay off your loan and countless other loans to other users, may I say these other loaners are understanding my issues, but repayment will take more time.

P.S. I would of payed with payment plans but you did not seem to want to establish that when the loan was given to me... If you established that at the time the contract and loan were given/established you would probably have most of the money you loaned me.

Do I really need to repeat my self ._. You would have your the agree upon amount of money payed by the end of today but some very important/major IRL issues/tasks have aroused and those need primary attention. Secondly, not at one moment did I say you would never get your money, you will in fact repayment will just take some more time.

So maybe if you could be even the slightest considerate and understanding of IRL issues and how they interfere with hobbies, maybe you are to young to understand, give me an extension of a couple weekends to get your money. You should know you are not the only one I am in debt with and I am working as diligent, mindful and as hard as I can to earn your money to repay you.

But again your "it has been 1 week comment" demonstrates your hesitance and stubbornness to extend this loan's due date. So you are going to be disappointed by the end of today because, although I will earn and pay the money I owe, you sadly will not be receiving it today. Maybe you are young/slow but I repeat for the last time IRL issues that HAVE JUST BECAME APPARENT have me prioritized strictly to focusing my efforts on IRL. So yes at the time when these issues were not present you were promised on week, but now as they are present as of around monday/sunday I have been unable to log more than a consistent hour in game.

First of all, please do not insult other players in this manner Aporth. Secondly, the bit that I have put in bold/underlined in your post above isn't really relative. These should have been considerations that you had when agreeing to the loan agreement.

With regards to the loan itself, I have spoken to partyman909 in-game and he has agreed to an extension to the end of this weekend. Therefore your new deadline will be at the end of 9th February 2014. As this is over 5 days away, this represents a significant (over 70%) increase in the amount of time you have to repay the loan.

Aporth - Please ensure that you screenshot any payments made, so that you have proof of making them.
partyman909 - If you have not been paid by the end of 9th February 2014, you will be able to file a new complaint. Please link this complaint as evidence.
