Felon Username: INQUISITIVEeric Complaint: Fail of job completion/Scamming Evidence: Here is the original agreement; Date was extended to Sunday. Here I clearly state that he will have to pay me back the money I give him if he does not finish the job He agrees I pay him 25k He received the 25k Here he asks for more 20k for materials; For some reason I forgot to take screen-shots of me paying him the other 25k (25k+25k+20k=70k) However he says I'm correct which obviously means the other 25k was also paid He says its correct as I said above. Here I tell him that he needs to pay me 70k back if he doesn't finish the job, he agreed but for some reason I didn't screen-shot that (I think my screen-shots are having some kind of problem) but in the screen-shot below it shows that he knows that he needs to pay 70k back. As said above he knows he needs to do it. This was taken when he was asking for even more time. I pay him the other 20k Additional Information: This user approached me saying that he would need more time because of an incident that happened in his personal life, therefore, he asked that the date was extended to Sunday, which I agreed to taking the circumstances. Even though this was already in place, I saw the user was falling behind with time so I told him that I would do the melon planting and that he didn't have to do it. At around Sunday 6PM he was constantly saying he needed more time and I simply couldn't do that because he never gave his fullest to complete it. He would do some work and then say 'I think thats good for the night' and didn't work until the other day, which in my eyes is the reasoning behind this failure on the job given to him. Also, a few minutes before the deadline he Mailed me saying that he needed more money, nontheless he didn't do the water placements and wouldn't have time to finish the job even if so.
I've discussed this with you In-game and somehow you fail to understand. I told you I had to go off and you didn't ask me for money then, not to mention that even if I was to give you money you still had 24 (400 block long) water rows to do. You wouldn't have time and again, I told you I had to get off; You should of asked me for it then, but even so I wouldn't of given it to you because you wouldn't have time to finish the job. Also? Why would you need money if you are buying tickets in lottery which I just saw you do In-game? Ah and, I didn't refuse to give you money, I refused to give you money after the time was over. I gave you one more day, I gave you less work, you didn't finish the job. It was your fault. INQUISITIVEeric Now, I expect my $70,000 ECD back since you didn't finish the job given to you. If you have money to waste in lotto, then you must had money to build more.
All lotto money were from my donations that were meant to be for the lotto. Also I was playing lotto so If I won I could buy recourses without waiting for you to get on
What donations? I'm so confused, that phrase made no sense at all. So what I'm getting from this is that when we were arguing about you not being able to finish the job you said you didn't have any money besides the money I gave you or something along those lines.
