Considering billywilly does not have a forum account, I will be mailing him in game and giving him a day to response to this complaint.
I have discussed this with him. Although he claims to have paid you, he has no evidence to provide and does not wish to pay you twice. It has been over 24 hours and therefore I will be banning him for scamming.
