Felon Username: Zeek87 Complaint: It appears that he tried to kill me by placing lava. I was vanished and using /near to track Zeek87. I dug straight down to him and found him mining. He investigated the hole I made into his mining area, but couldn't see me (vanished). I logged out shortly after. When I logged back in, I was swimming in lava. Lava had been placed all around the area where I dug down to him. It seems like he knew someone had tracked him and was trying to kill them with lava. Hello _tansstaafl, I am glad that you filed a complaint when you think a user has violated our server rules, and this issue has been looked into. The staff team that was online at the time this complaint was reviewed has determined that there isn't enough clear evidence for intent to kill another user, seeing as you were vanished when you entered the cave, and then logged out shortly after entering, we cannot prove this was a clear intent to cause harm to a player. However, I will talk to the user about this issue, and remind him to be much more careful, as using this feature to kill a user can result in the feature being removed from his account. I will also be cleaning up the lava that is placed to prevent an innocent user from having an issues with it. Complaint closed.
