Felon Username: emongolab Complaint: Kicking everyone from his claimed town without advanced notification. Evidence: Town was claimed on December 6th at Town Claim. No current town thread about the removal of people. The list of people in the town is nearly empty: Additional Information: I'd like access to my stuff, and if I had been notified I would have been happy to move.
cainam, Do you have any evidence that you were indeed a part of the town? Or proof a purchase for a plot?
I have trade signs all over the plot that I owned. I couldn't have placed them without being a member of the town. I do not have a screen shot of the region info with me as a member though. Getting my trade signs out would be good enough for me, as I can already clear out my chests. I'm worried about more than just me however. I'm not sure how many others were kicked without notification.
emongolab, after further reviewing this case, we can determine that cainam was indeed removed. Can you provide proof that you gave cainam warning? Or would you be willing to re-add his perms in order to allow him to take back his signs? Left open for 24 hours for a response from Emongolab.
Didn't realize you had a plot in this town. The original owner, beth_the_pirate, had asked me to claim the town, and had given me the okay to remove all members and owners. emongolab You must make a town thread and tag every person who had perms in the town, then allow them 7 days to remove their things.
clou44 I won't be removing anyone, as I originally had no intention to. Cainam has been added back to the region and will remain added to the list. I also sent this user in game mail, apologizing for this whole miscommunication situation. Edit: All plot owners have been added back, they may keep there plots as I have no intentions to do anything with this town. If I missed any user, feel free to contact me.
