    Complaint:Breach of contract

    Evidence: Screenshot No.1 showing his agreement to pay: [​IMG]
    Screenshot No.2 stating his agreement to pay off within 1 weeks time (time and date embedded in screen) :[​IMG]

    Additional Information: igorvanloo entered a contract to purchase a pumpkin axe on a payment plan, and he never paid me my money. He has paid 2k of what he owes, and still owes me 4k. I have pm'd him multiple times and also left him mail messages but I have received no response. I have given him an extra 2 days, I believe that is time enough.

    Before we can help you, the Staff team needs a few more pieces of evidence. For starters, a screenshot with the full agreement is necessary. In your screenshots, you have not included what else Igor must pay you besides the 2k, and when this is due by. In addition to this, you must provide evidence that the Pumpkin Axe was given to Igor.

    You say that Igor has entered a Contract, but I cannot find a forum Contract with the two of you. Did you actually make a forum Contract, or are you just referring to the terms outlined in-game? I'll be giving you 24 hours to provide additional evidence if you have it.

    I did not make a forum contract. I could not get igor to cooperate. I was trying to help him out so he could go ahead and start farming. I guess that didn't go so good. those are the only screen shots that I have. So it seems I do not have the required evidence. Thank you for replying. I will definitely not be doing business with igor again anytime soon.
