Felon: TomKellycreeper Reason: Issues regarding a town and its correct owner. Evidence: I have no pictures but you can ask tomkellycreeper if he does or ask him his opion on the situation. Tom was selling a town and I bought it from him with a payment plan. He was asking for 70k and I had an initial down payment of 30k and I would pay the rest of the 35k to him by Wednesday. So he added me as an owner but since I was a resident I could not remove any of the other owners. Tome, and I believe 3 other people were owners of the town, not including me. So tome said he would tell the people that I bought the town and that he would remove them as owners, the town and residents would be up to me. I got offline and when I came back on, I was removed as and owner as well and tom and the other 3 people, plus all the other members. I don't know what to do? Do I get my 30k back from tom, or do I get the town back. The rule that I think was broken is, "no owner may remove anoter person of a town without a 3 day notice." As well as the breaking of my plan with tom. Please talk to tomkellycreeper about this for his side of the story, but I would like some feedback on what will happen and what I should do. TomKellyCreeper and thefunovits can you BOTH please comment on this when the money has been repaid and then the complaint will be locked. Please take screenshots of sending any money to players and confirmation of money received left open for 24 hours for money to be re-paid to thefunovits
