Felon Username: hilv Complaint: Hilv removed SoccerSkillz11 from his town and he didn't give him a 3 day warning for town removal which is against the rules and Hilv got a mod and the mod telelported Soccer to main spawn and soccer teleported back to his "home" spawn (Hilv's town) and then the mod (Kukelekuuk00) banned him from the server Evidence: N/A Additional Information: The first complaint my account posted was my brother (soccerskillz11) not me and this time it is me (Brock_145) and my brother didn't think of screen shooting anything for evidence
Hello Brock, I was able to get some information on this case while Soccer was still unbanned. Soccer was removed from Hilv's town after an extended absence (over 7 days). Additional evidence of this can be found in this LWC Removal. If a user is inactive for 7+ days, like Soccer was, the town owner has full rights to remove the player without any sort of warning. Therefore, hilv has not broken any rules. Locked - Complaint Dismissed, No Rules Broken
