A mayor may remove whomever they want from their town, even if it is for no reason. They have the permission to do anything they would like in their town for the fact that they had to purchase the region, portal etc. There is not really an argument here; you cannot post a complaint on a Mayor because they removed you from the town. Also, they did give you time to move your items and remove your home.
godzchannel A mayor can remove anyone they wish from their town. However, they must allow the person to tear down their house and take their possessions. habsjosh have you given ample time for godzchannel to remove his things?
I am not the mayor of pinevillage jelly is he wanted him gone so as a co mayor I treid to help the situation but made it worse
he never gave me time to remove my things he destroyed my whole house and i took a screenshot of it if u look on my evidence link it shows only a chest because they tore everything but my locks down
no but ask him and I thought when you remove some one from the town you can take down the plot and tell them to get there stuff. I thought that was how things worked but he did say my town sucks -mod edit- and I do have evidence.
jellyhead14, regardless of what was said about the town, the proper procedure for a town eviction is to alert the user through a /mail message. It would also be best to allow the players that you evict from the town the proper 4 days to remove their things before tearing down any of their creations, just as common courtesy. Seeing as godzchannel was given some extra ecodollars in compensation for this issue, I will not be taking any action against the owners of the town. godzchannel I would suggest you take what you have and move on; find either a different/better town with players that are more trusted to your liking, or save up for mayor and avoid any of the problems that may arise in the future from you being removed from a town.
