Felon Username: MonkeyMax13 Complaint: i was selling a stack of diamonds and then he pm me and said he will buy them off of me for 4k,i was really exited cause thats a high price for a stack of diamonds but when i accepted the tp i was in a small room then he mined the block from under me and i fell and died! Evidence: i knew i didn't have enough proof of him killing me but i have some screen shots of him saying he will pay 4k for them. but as i was scrolling through some ban apeals and complaints before making this i seen this http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/banned-appeal-for-monkeymax13.70758/ it was the same thing that happened to me and only a couple minutes before it happend to me. but here are some screen shots i took http://imgur.com/qbCH6Z3,mDR7O7D and after he killed me he would not reply to anything me or my friend cjmk75 would say to him Additional Information: i had a fortune 3 unbreaking 3 eff 4 diamond pick on me plus a stack of diamonds with all diamond armor and a eff 3 unbreaking 3 diamond pick. i don't want to see this guy ban with out me getting all of that back! and i would also like ThoumThoum to get his stuff back too, i have no idea who this is but there is noway that there is not enough proof with 2 off the same cases on the same player on the same day!!!
