JRBrown0016 Let me explain a few things then we will talk about how we are going to remedy the situation. First off, you have to have all the evidence in the form of unedited screen shots, including the starting of the auction, the player hearing your bid, and him saying "sold to jrbrown". Word of mouth cannot be accepted as proof. It is too easy for a group of players to defend their friends and make up a story. I am not saying that you or your friends would do that, but some people would try this if we allowed it. Second, there is no screenshot of the auction starting and no screenshot of him "hearing" your bid. All the proof you have says that someone bid $3K in a private message, and changing the auction after the items were "sold". And for that, nbrassat will receive a warning. I cannot force the user to complete an auction without the all the appropriate evidence, which you do not have. I have spoken to another moderator, who will be warning nbrassat about following through with all auctions, and making sure the he understands all rules regarding auctioning items. As stated in previous complaint, user to be warned, made aware of auction rules. Locked.
