Felon Username: Modminer1999 Complaint: I paid 30k to Modminer to buy a 10$ ECC Giftcard, with an additional 20k to be paid to him after the giftcard was received. Donations were just processed, and the giftcard was not added to my account. Evidence: Link to the contract: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.69020/ Screenshots: This shows the agreement of the trade, and me paying the 30k. These are screenshots of modminer continually dodging the transaction, with claims of speaking with his mom, what I found strange about this is that I saw him playing lotto while he claimed to be afk. This shows Modminer playing the lotto. This shows when Modminer finally "bought" the giftcard. He sent the transaction id like was agreed in the contract, but as I didn't receive the giftcard, I'm assuming it's fake. Additional Information: To be honest, it's become blatantly obvious to me that this user is a scammer, and is going to stay that way, no matter how many apology threads he makes or however many times he's tempbanned. I would like to see this user banned permanently.
So this donation feature was purchased on 9/7/13. This means that there has been 24 hours since the was purchased. We will need to wait at least another 24-32 hours seeing it can take paypal up to 48 hours to process a donation for themselves. I will however will be asking Modminer1999 to possibly explain why this feature has not yet been processed. I will also be tagging zardgyer as he will also be handling this complaint.
