Felon Username (s): Sgt_Coltvin Lord_Poring_III Derp_Eater Complaint: Griefing and Town Scamming Evidence: http://imgur.com/m2ZieVw,ZLUKhoQ,x9LzdfB,E1WAHHU Additional Info: I am the 2nd Co-owner to the town of welch, The owner of the town has been off for 25 days+ due to being at camp, i came into the town to get some items out of my chest, i recognize some grief along the walkway, i see a whole house griefed and i immediately do /rg i to see if there was anyone new on the list as i haven't added anyone, i didn't recognize i was not on the owners list anymore at the time so i came to the owners house recognizing all the lapis walls were gone, i thought to do /rg removemember welch -a so the area was safe, it said 'don't have permission' i done /rg i again and i recognize the 3rd co-owner from before is now 1 of the 2 there along with his friend Lord_Poring_III who he has been now added to the owners list, i then suspect something 'fishy' is going on and suspect a town scam and alot of grief, i hire an investigator to see who done the grief and it is certain that Lord_Poring_III destroyed the owners house and many more things, I get him to check my house and Derp_Eater has been through my walls, i now recognize they say the owner being off for so long and removed the owners and took the town for themselves. I am unknown when she will be getting back as I was mailed by her saying she's ben away at camp and is planning on returning, this though was 25 days ago. I can also tell you that there is no way it was sold to them as 2 days ago everything was normal, this adding up to the owner being off for 25 day there is no way it was sold. Also derp eater is not a owner and has infact griefed my house
miniCLH - So before you were removed, who were all the users on the owners list, there was you, blyddy and who else?
Sgt_Coltvin - Can you explain for what reasons you removed the other owners of the town and took over the town?
well, i had no idea about blyddy being at camp, no one sent me mails or tagged me here about blyddy having reasons to be offline for 25 days...until now. well maybe it was rude of me for removing miniclh. well imma just make blyddy a brand new mansion... improve the town a lil bit, then give back perms to mini,blyddy,mlyddy,and gloom19... then i would remove me and my friends' perms in the town welch and pay blyddy 50k. we are truly sorry for what me and my friends did, this will never happen again

The user who took down the houses did so with the consent of an owner of the town hence they will not be getting punished for their actions as they did not break any rules at the time, as for the lwc removal it was denied and no harm was done, they town has been transferred back to the old owners and that unfortunately is all I can do, The owner of the houses that were pulled down may file a complaint if their houses were torn down and not replaced but the users who did the grief itself did so with an owners permission. If there are still houses with damage have the owners of the house file a complaint/Grief report and it will be dealt with at that time. -Locked.
