Hell Daniel While I know this can be upsetting, what you have described is not against the rules. A mayor may remove members of their town for inactivity. The only thing jimmy needs to do is give you three days to remove your items from his town. Can you please reply back on if you received this time or not? After 7 days offline a use can be declared inactive and their items removed, even without noticed. Complaint dismissed.
