Section IV: Theft Clause I: General Theft There is no rule against stealing from unlocked chests. All users have the ability to protect their chests, therefore if a user has not exercised this right they are permitted to be stolen from. Super Moderators have the ability to check who has taken what if you want to attempt discussions, but they will not act. All items on the ground are fair game for anyone to pick up, and staff will not be taking moderator actions to retrieve your items should you accidentally throw them on the ground or should they be sniped during a trade. It is 100% the user's responsibility to keep their items safe, and in transaction situations, to find a safe place to trade their items where there is no risk of them being sniped. The safest way to perform a trade transaction is through a chest locked to the players performing the transaction. Staff is in no way responsible for retrieving items lost due to irresponsible trades. They may attempt talks on your behalf, but are not required to and will not guarantee anything.
I have done nothing wrong as taking from the ground is legal. ^^ Also, don't you need proof you gave it to me?

I posted the pictures in the wrong order, on the second picture I asked him in pm if he promises to give it back and he agrees, therefore he broke the promise
ok i have more evidence pbrassat17, this shows that the sword belongs to SurvivalBroNB, not me so that means i nor Aaron have any jurisdiction to keep the sword, i hope this enough evidence to have a warrant to search for the sword as it is also named, if you can SurvivalBroNB, please give us the name of the sword and if it is found in any of Aaron's chest or inventory, it proves he did steal it
I need a screenshot of you and aaron agreeing to a repair, or something. Without that I cannot take any action.
There is no verification of the following: The sword actually being a melon sword Why the sword was tossed Any other agreement towards returning the sword.
but im still not allowed to give away swords, so if i don't have it and Aaron and is seen with a sword just seconds after i don't have mine which you can tell its gone in the first picture from my inventory then in the possession of Aaron in the second, it is safe to assume that Aaron should be at least checked for something that he has no right to own pbrassat17

No, you need to post screenshots of agreements at that time. Doing so now and in such manner wouldnt really help.
