Thank you for reporting, Seeing how this is the first time Jokerboss99 has been complaint against with the nature of this offense, I will be issuing a warning to him. As seen in the last screenshot, he knows very well the penalty of his actions so I'm going to be upfront with him about understanding ECC Policy and so he knows not to do this again.
