[Complaint]

I flew to her plot looked at it then flew off when she told me to leave i dont even know you xpure i was just curious.......

 

And that was like yesterday im pretty sure rheasmom can make her own complaint if she had a problem with me. I left when she told me to, harassment is when she would tell me multiple times to leave as you can see she said thank you shot and i left. I was simply flying arround berlin looking at the different plots so i found hers creative and took a look at it i dont think i would be breaking the rules considering i left when she told me to.

Based on current evidence I don't see any harassment, but, if you can provide any further screenshots of him continuing that would be helpful. Also Rheasmom if you have any evidence or commentary that would be helpful.

Well, it is almost embarrassing but I'm very anxious when Shotgunboy comes around, mainly due to his past history of scamming and horse theft. I feel he would take advantage of any opportunity that presented itself. I'm not even sure that's a basis for a complaint.

Anyway, I asked him to go away, as he was constantly hovering slightly above me very close to where I was building with expensive materials. I was placing and removing actively and felt he was waiting for a chance to swoop down and grab loose material. I asked him to leave my plot area (and go hover over some other poor person). His response was to lol and remain. I finally decided just to go away because I figured he would soon get bored if I was not there to harass.

I cannot see that xpure or I or even you have any recourse to protect ourselves just based on our belief that he is a totally untrustworthy player. So I left, and have not been back for any length of time. No blame attached, this is a hard thing to defend against. I decided just to do my best to avoid him and the area for a while. (Sorry for the delay in building, Ike)

 

I go into Berlin a lot and I can vouch for shotgunboy. He usually likes flying around and looking at different places that are being built. Ive seen him flying there a couple of times.

 

I have never ever even stole a horse in my life let alone rode one, all i was doing was checking out your plot i put all my money into my plot why would i wanna get kicked out of Berlin considering half of this your making up and the other half isn't even some what true, until you get enough evidence to proof any of this bs i think this complaint is over with.

It appears that no further evidence can be provided on this issue. Considering that there is no evidence of harassment, I will be taking no action. In the event further evidence is located or this issue persists please link this thread to the new complaint and tag me in the new complaint.
