Felon Username: Androo84 and Giant_Leader Complaint: I had recently bought the ownership of "Happyville" from Giant_Leader, however there is some sort of issue apparently with the transfer because I had not done any trade agreements with Androo84, the current and only owner of Happyville, to sell him the town. I would like to have the ownership under my control once again because I do not have any case of now owning this town after the contract. WeWinAgain Have you gotten a forum pm from Androo84 to reclaim the town? As it does seem he is the original owner of the town. The_mooper please wait patiently while we look into this issue.

hello, sorry I hadn't respond this weekend I was busy, I got my town back because of an incident where one of my co-mayors, icondigi, accidentally sold my town to 3amazingbuilder3. icondigi did not have owners rights to the town and therefor no right to sell it. By the time that was rectified and I got my town back it had already been sold to the_mooper. That is how I got my town back after the_mooper purchased it.
the_mooper My suggestion is to speak with the user you purchased the town from. Since the chain of sale was not authorized by the original mayor, the town has been returned to its original owner.
Androo84, thank you for replying to this and clearing up this situation. the_mooper, the contract that you provided has been fulfilled by both parties as you had been given ownership of this town so no breach has occured. At the end of the contract it states: Also, the first rule in the sticky in the contract section states: One of the rules with town transfers is that if the original owner requests their town back then prior deals made by others will not be taken into account by staff, and refunds will not be enforced. Andrewkm felt that the original owner deserved their town back with the circumstances that were given to him, so the contract made is now void. If you feel that you were scammed intentionally with this deal that you had made then you can file another complaint with that as your reason, and we will look into this issue further.
