If you had talked to a mod before you posted a complaint wasting there time you would know stealing horses are aloud. It is up to you to lock your horses. I'm sorry for what has happened but stealing horses is legal it is your fault you did not lock it up.
If he appears next to you out of nowhere, that may be an abuse of the multihome feature. That is illegal.
Stealing horses is allowed under current server rules. What is not allowed is flame warring in threads. There is no need to insult other users in these threads. Consider this a general warning to all participants of said flame warring. Now back to the complaint again. I investigated the matter of possible donation feature abuse, and there is no way scott is getting to people without them accepting tps. Because of these reasons.
