I payed him the 200 dollars he asked for and he claimed I did not pay. He refused to teleport aoao5 to birdnerd47 even after I payed and then left me with rude remarks. I am sorry that this happened to you, but there is no proof that I can see which says that he would tp the user to you. Because of that, no action will be taken, although I can pay you $200 and tp the user. Locked, no action taken.
