Thanks for reporting this issue. I have talked with this user about this, and he is very persistent about annoying him. Although he has PMed you ingame, you can always use /ignore, which I am very sure you know about. Although, since he has gone to out of game and began to message you on your wall, I will be issuing him a forum warning. Locked.
