Well, about agreements, he wrote "I gave you a melon sword" because he believe that a sharpness I is a melon sword. It will affirm that I paid to him and he give to me the sword. Alright Jozuga, I regret to inform you that without screenshots of a Agreement, and a Transaction we cannot take any action, as we have no evidence if he gave you a different sword, or if it was even agreed upon. For your question on how to see how many complaints/Appeals a user has, go up to the right right hand corner where the search bar is while in the Appeals/Complaints Sub-Forum, then search for the user in the searchbox.
