Felon Username: BlueViperProd Complaint: He scammed me 100k when we had a deal that if i gave half the money, he would let me see the "melon sword". Evidence: Additional Information: I understand that in most cases, people do not get refunded. However, this was an incredibly large portion of my money and I wish that it is restored to my account. It is just going to sit in his account, because afterwards, he said that he was leaving. As I said, I know that Andrew usually doesn't refund money, but I know that if he withdrew 100k from BlueViperProd and put it into my account, it would not add any "unearned money" into the economy. He almost did the same thing to me yesterday night, when I'm back on my computer I'm pretty sure I took a couple of screenshots, but not sure they would help. The screenshots wouldn't prove anything. Sorry for the post mods.
He tells me to screen shot it, and if he scams, he will be banned. Then he SAYS to report him for lying about it. That isn't enough information?
And dont forget u scammed me too.. when we were talking and i said i would give it back and stuff and you tried to scamm me saying when u pay it il pay u back.. that counts as scamming as welll
Okay I have talked to the user blueviperprod about the issue, he is most upset and claims to have been teleported into a pvp arena earlier in this transaction where you attempted to kill him and failed. Then apparently he got upset at you and somehow convinced you to hand over 100k. I'm rather muddled at his explanation of all this. The solid facts I could pull from my conversation is that 1) Blueviper got teleported into a pvp area 2) He lost his sharp 3 sword somewhere some how through this 3) He got 100k I have a series of screenshots of the conversation, apparently he is agreeable to sending the 100k back so long as he gets his sharp 3 sword back which i'm not sure if he lost in from dying in pvp or other. But he was firm on the claim of being scammed twice. Before then getting the 100k.
I never got his sharp 3 sword, but i would be happy to get him one if he returns my money. I don't have tp and I never tped him to a pvp arena, that would be cruel. If you could get him on, I would get him a sharp 3 sword.
Ok, so here's my side from last night trevalynfar I saw in /ch tr that blueviperprod was selling a melon sword for 250k. I wanted to check it out, for such a great price. I stopped farming to put all my valuables in a chest as I thought I might teleport to a pvp area. I teleported to the town, and he had an enchanted diamond sword in his hand. Before paying for an unknown item, I asked him to put it in a locked donation chest to make sure that it was legit. He refused to do so, saying that someone scammed him an pumpkin axe and that he didn't want it to happen again. (Pretty sure that you can't steal from donation chests). At this point, I wasn't interested in buying it, because melon swords don't cost 250k, and he definitely would have let me see it. After, while I was roaming around the town, I asked the mayor, ConfederateBoys if he had a melon sword. He responded with something like "I doubt it." Then after roaming around the town for another couple of minutes, I came across this... Which leads me to believe that he never had a melon sword.
