Hello Jaymine1, Seeing as donations have not processed since early morning yesterday I will be leaving this complaint open until they process again, which should be fairly soon. After they are processed I will go back to this complaint and re-evaluate it. Left unlocked for donations to process.

No problem, I will post here or another mod will once the issue has a solution. However if this comes down to scamming I do want to inform you that we dont give out refunds.
We can wait to see if the donation processes. If it doesnt there is not anything we can do to help you other than handle it with donation scamming ban if we feel necessary.

Alright so after a bit of further investigating, and discussing with the rest of the moderators we have decided that Marlow2 will receive a ban for donation scamming. I have requested him to make a forum account previously to post counter evidence, however my request had been ignored. I regret to inform you that we will not be giving out any refunds and I suggest you read over our trusted donator pages found here. If you have any questions on how I handled this complaint, or any suggestions feel free to pm me ingame, or through the forums.
