drgreer7, Thank you for taking the time to file a complaint. I do see how the transaction may have been a little bit disappointing, but considering the value of those specific enchantments on that specific tool, regardless of the 'damage value' of the tool, I still think it has a very high value on ECC. You will be able to have that tool e-repaired for a relatively small fee. Regardless of that, your agreement does not specifically state a "damage free" tool, and I don't think we have any rules that would apply to this, so I'll be unable to attempt intervention or otherwise.
