I am 100% sure that is nodus. after seing other images via Google Images!
Sorry if this is unnecessary, but that mod is called WeepCraft, as it says itself in the screenshot. If you google it, you can easily find it. It is much like nodus though, as it has radar, and as far as i know, a few other illegal mods.
