Felon Username: either sitomo or the other players along in vent. Complaint: Sitomo: killing me in an area I was unaware was pvp. Other players: telling me only one area of the town was pvp (I was in part of the area i was informed was non pvp) Evidence: I guess if you could get recordings to the vent. Additional Information: I was farming with my melon sword, and sitomo was bragging about all the stuff he got from sk and cksoccer. After about 2 hours after the lwc, I went over there, and was taking some of the leftover stuff in chests( nether rack to be specific). I was then killed, when I thought it was a no pvp area. All I really want is my melon sword back, and I'm not too happy seeing that other old players lied about pvp zones and non pvp zones. All I want is my melon sword.
Hello, We cannot get recordings of vent conversations as we do not make them. Unfortunatly it is your responsibility to gather evidence to post in the complaint. I was in vent at the time it all happened. We were at sitomos pvp town where he got sksoccers things lwced. Tdogg decided to start tryin to take the stuff.we were all talking about how the town was pvp.a few people in vent even said it was pvp
People were saying that around the soccer field was pvp. Also, WiKiDOne, would a video showing sitomo unable to damage me, when hitting me, but then when I move to another place in the same vault, him killing me, count as evidence?

Also after speaking with sitomo he took me to the town where this occured. Right outside the town portal there is a sign that states this town has pvp enabled. Thank you, ~WiKiDOne~
On ventrilo, I was informed that only a portion of the town was pvp. And I was also told that the pvp area was the soccer field. When I was killed, I has about 35-45 blocks away from the soccer field, so I thought it wouldn't be pvp, thinking that the pvp zone wouldn't extend 50 blocks away from the field. I will go upload the video.

When I first saw you you were in my town disguised as a silverfish stealing out of the chest I just got LWCed. I hit you once to see who it was. When I saw it was you I asked why you were here. You didn't respond. So because I was in the same party as you I couldn't hit you. Thats when I left the party and killed you.
Sitomo, i really respect you, and i took that stuff about 2 hours after they were lwc'd. All i want back is my melon sword, but you disagree to even haggle with me. Either way, it would have been nice for you and your friends in the vent channel to say the whole town was pvp, instead of just the soccer field. My offer stands; is there any way i could even buy it back? You wouldnt respond in game.
Hello, Tdogg120 this video shows nothing malicious performed by sitomo leading to your death. This video shows you teleporting to a home you had preset and trying to take from unlocked chests after an LWC was processed. You knowingly teleported to that location of your own free will. There was no set up from sitomo, infact you continued to try and take from the chests even after seeing him there hitting you. ~WiKiDOne~
as far as i knew, it wasnt pvp down there, thats why i made this complaint. Everyone told me that it wasnt. If i would have known it was pvp, i wouldnt have gone down there in the first place.
Hello, Unless you have evidence of them teleporting you or getting you to come to that pvp zone without your knowing about it, such as, hey tdogg120 come here and sending you a tp request than killing you, it was your decision to set a home and teleport there.
