Counter Reason: I was farming melons when suddenly i revieve a tp request from jtk729 and i replied "what" then he said accept i have scree shots for you, So i came prepared and i turned on my fly and when i tped to him he accepted and then i fell threw the gap and as i flew up i caught him red handed and then seconds later he replaced the block! BRYCEY365 First, I want to say that your case is not without merit. I appreciate you submitting it and I hope that you continue to post complaints when there is the suspicion that someone is breaking the rules. While the image and the investigative work conducted did show some questionable activity, we cannot act since we do not know the circumstances of the teleport to this location and the events that occurred before the image was taken. I am not saying that the events that you described are untruthful, but we have to base punishment on solid, unfalsifiable evidence so that we are fair to all users. In the future, if this happens again, I encourage you to collect multiple screenshots of the event so that we can review the full story from both sides. At this time the case is being closed due to time constraints and lack of sufficient evidence. Locked, no action taken
