IGN-Shotgunboy0130 Felon User Name-amzy29 Reason-Scamming Counter Reason-I loaned the melon sword to the user for 3 hours and he wanted to rent it longer so i rented it to him for 24 hours for 100k and when i got on at 8:58 pm eastern time it said he was offline for 59 seconds, he can run but he cant hide, i would like this user banned for scamming and stealing my melon sword, and would not like him unbanned until he agrees to hand over my sword and the 100k for the 24 hours i let him use it. In the photos i don't have a screen of him agreeing to the 100k for 24 hours but it does say you agree to the previous terms after the 3 hours since he was gonna rent it for 24 more. So i was gonna just make him pay it all at once. But he did use it for 3 hours and at like 8:25 he paid 20k of it and wanted to rent it for longer.
Shotgunboy0130, I am very sorry this happened to you. Based on your evidence there was a clear agreement that the sword would be returned to you before 9:00pm EST on 14 May. In the case of the 100K agreement however; since the contract was not signed by a mod it is invalid and we cannot hold amzy29 financially responsible for the 24 hour deal. In the case of the 30K agreement from the earlier deal, you told me amzy29 paid you 20K of the 30K. In the event of an appeal we can investigate the missing 10K further. So as it stands, amzy29 is banned for scamming your melon sword and will be required to agree to return the sword before being unbanned. User amzy29 banned for scamming. Locked
