IGN-Shotgunboy0130 Felon Username-Brycey365 Reason-User owed me a loan of 125k which he paid but since it was late because he thought i was banned i added 7k to it but he said 6k would be better so i said OK. 2 weeks later today, i remember that he owes me 6k because i said he could pay it when ever he desired, so i go and ask him for the 6k and he says that he doesn't have to pay me because i don't have evidence of him owing me 6k but he admits to owing me the 6k but he says with out evidence of us agreeing upon hes not gonna pay the money, but he admits to owing me the money and says he wont pay it back, i'm pretty sure this is considering scamming because he knows that he owes me money. Also WiKiDOne i'm pretty sure was there during the deal. Evidence-
Where is the screenshot off me agreeing i have to pay 6k ? hu?? Also i paid the full 125k and you never said that i had ti pay you anymore.
Hello, BRYCEY365 & Shotgunboy0130 due to the lack of proof of the 6k agreement being made to pay this off, the original contract found here states their would be a 10k per day late fee. This was paid back 3 days late so there is a 30k late fee due from brycey365 to shotgunboy0130. Brycey365 you will have 6 days from this post, to pay back the 30k in full to shotgunboy0130 or you will be in breach of contract and shotgunboy0130 will file another complaint accordingly.
