Felon Username: eling1 Complaint: He broke a block underneath Funkiestdread763 while he was AFK. Under that dirt was water. When he fell, he drowned and die. When we died he (funkiestdread763) had my melon sword. Evidence: The cords of the dirt that was broken was x: 2375 y: 64 z: -5122 I also have screen shots of him PMing me this that are creepy and weird. Additional Information: It has been a had time the past few days without my melon sword that I worked hard on getting. The past 2 days, since elking1 killed funkiestdread, he has sent me PMs that are a bit creepy. I am tagging andrewkm and FunkiestDread763 in this.
When funkiestdread763 was AFK, he was AFK for around two minutes got back and PMed me like "Why did you killed me?!". I knew I didn't do it then we knew it was elking1 because he was the only other person in the town. We do not know how he even got perms in the town. We are still trying to find out all the details ourselves.

After reviewing the current evidence provided, the staff team has decided to wait for additional input of the situation at hand. Users FunkiestDread763 and elking1 have not posted anything in this thread, and they were the parties directly involved in this, and you are acting as a third party with only hear-say as the founding for the claims. The broken grass block does have elking1's name for breaking it, and I was unable to find evidence of him doing any farming there, but I also couldn't prove he hasn't farming due to the time that has elapsed before this was reported. I would like both of the parties that I tagged to give their sides of the story on this, as a claim as serious as this should not be based solely on a third-parties perspective. Also, users do not randomly get added to towns, one of your region owners much have added him into the region, and finding out who did would. The screenshot provided is only circumstantial evidence at best, so it is useful to have, but it is not a deciding factor in the outcome of this. After either/both users respond, if they choose to within twenty-four hours of my posting of this.
Funkiestdread763 told me via Skype that his browers is not working. He said he will try and get on with his phone though.
If nobody replies then this will be locked due to lack of evidence as yours on it's own is not enough to punish someone.
