Pictures in my last complaint: Additional Information: We tried arranging other deals, yet all are breached. He payed, But he paid over a week late, which is against our contract. When he payed he tried paying the late fee. This member deserves to be banned because he breeched the contract. When we made our other deal, as an extension i told him to help me pay off one of my loans yet he refused and said that the money from our contract (Which he paid late) should pay it off, but (Because this money was late I paid more) I had already spent a portion of the money. (He paid little at a time.) Proof: And in image he was avoiding caps.
Hello, thank you for filling a complaint however as payment was made and late fee was paid as it is laid out in the contract. Helping you pay back your other loans was not laid out in the contact so the user is not obligated to help you pay back your loans. As for bypassing the caps filter, PM does not have a caps filter on it. cuzins88 Please provide evidence of the date that the loan was paid back, as well as the late fee.
cuzins is innocent i stand strong behind my brother, he helped me get started and has helped me alot during the game so any fees that need to be paid i will pay them for him, pm me or pm mylosilver and tell him to tell me to get on and i will take care of the matter I am comayor of new york, i have been taking a break from minecraft until the end of the month but i have the time and money in my account to help with anything needed
Please do not post in complaints that do not pertain to you. I want to know when payment was made, however from the screenshots provided I know it was late enough to require the late free part of the contract to be used.
The last of the payments was made on 5/7 or 5/8 BUT thats over a week later than the late fee was due (4/29)
Thank you for filling this compliant as the contract has been fulfilled with payments made, however as per contract specifications the user had until the 29th to pay, but did not pay at the latest date action shall be taken.
